One More Thing (For The “Brave!”)

While optimism is good, allowing it to make you live recklessly can be costly, and even fatal!
There are several reports that indicate that some who got ill by Covid-19, and survived, went away with some life threatening, and sometimes terminal illnesses; make them more prone to die earlier than they were before.
An article by the Washington Post, carried on msn.com under the heading “New Diabetes Cases Linked to Covid-19″ quotesMihail Zilbermint, who heads a special team that cares for patients with the metabolic disorder at Suburban Hospital in Bethesda, MD., and whose team currently takes care of as many as 30 patients daily, as saying,
“Before, we used to manage maybe 18 patients per day,”
He later said,
“Many of those patients had no prior history of diabetes. Some who developed elevated blood sugar while they had covid-19, the illness caused by the novel coronavirus, returned to normal by the time they left the hospital. Others went home with a diagnosis of full-blown diabetes.”
“We’ve definitely seen an uptick in patients who are newly diagnosed,” Zilbermint added.
Well, it is not just diabetes that comes with it. It comes with a lot more! Samuel Atta-Mensah of CitiTV also recounted his harrowing experience with Covid-19 which resulted in hypertension, a situation which he said he never had to deal with his entire life! Others survive too, but with organ failures as outlined in this document by the US-based National Institute of Health.
I believe in faith, and I know faith moves mountains too. The greatest man of faith, Jesus Christ, believed in God’s intervention more than any of us. But once, when told to jump off the pinnacle of the temple, Jesus said;
Let us not be reckless. Let us keep safe.
Let us obey all protocols and avoid unnecessary exposure and gatherings.
Let us keep healthy lifestyles. Let us keep our bodies well nourished and fortified.
Let us keep praying.

URGENT CALL
Every soul is valuable to God, far more than the entire world! But by nature, we are all sinful, and alienated from God, and we ultimately face his wrath!
God in His mercy and love made a way for us to remedy this. He gives us a chance to reverse this downward spiral to destruction, join His family, be part of His household, and become His children.
The first step to becoming a member of God’s household is for us to be saved.
Salvation comes through accepting Jesus Christ as our Lord and Personal Savior.
It is a very personal decision. No one can make that decision for you.
If you make that decision today, there will be great singing and rejoicing in heaven; because one new member has joined the family and household of God! A soul, much, much more valuable than the world, has been saved from destruction!
Do you want to make that decision today?
Please visit “The Believer’s Prayer”
for guidance if you want
to make that decision.
We will be happy to hear from you through the contact information on that page, or the ones at the top of this page. Don’t delay. Make this very personal decision today!
