*The blood that Jesus shed for me*

*Way back on Calvary*

*The blood that gives me strength*

*From day to day*

*It will never lose its power”*

CHORUS

_”It reaches to the highest mountain_

_It flows to the lowest valley_

_The blood that gives me strength_

_From day to day_

_It will never lose its power”_

….

*It soothes my doubts and calms my fears*

*And it dries all my tears*

*The blood that gives me strength*

*From day to day*

*It will never lose its power*

CHORUS

_It reaches to the highest mountain_

_It flows to the lowest valley_

_The blood that gives me strength_

_From day to day_

_It will never lose its power_

….

This classic, by the late _*Andrae Crouch,*_ is often used to give hope to individuals in one personal crisis or another.

But it was the song that sprang up in my thoughts this morning as I pondered the looming crisis in Christianity, due to the things that we seem to accommodate these days, because of the so-called “modernity”. Christianity seems to be at loss as to how to counter the arguments of modernity and secularism because of its own broken front, mainly due to denominationalism.

The denominations cannot simply come to a consensus on issues.

As Jesus once said,

*”IF A HOUSE BE DIVIDED AGAINST ITSELF, THAT HOUSE CANNOT STAND.”*

Fortunately, Christianity is not the Kingdom of God. It is a means to realize the Kingdom of God. God, is through Christ, uniting the entire creation to Himself. The Church is the means by which Christ decided to achieve that unity. So that if Christians decide not to obey their Master, the Christ; that will still not weaken the POWER OF THE BLOOD.

Jesus while praying for His disciples before He went to the cross said,

*“MY PRAYER IS NOT FOR THEM ALONE. I PRAY ALSO FOR THOSE WHO WILL BELIEVE IN ME THROUGH THEIR MESSAGE,   THAT ALL OF THEM MAY BE ONE, FATHER, JUST AS YOU ARE IN ME AND I AM IN YOU. MAY THEY ALSO BE IN US SO THAT THE WORLD MAY BELIEVE THAT YOU HAVE SENT ME.”*

This is Jesus’ prayer, that *ALL MAY BE ONE*. The church must respond.

Unfortunately, many are more interested in their denominational positions and titles, than they are in the interest of a united body of Christ. The institutions can be different, but the doctrines have to be the same: The doctrine of the Christ.

The doctrine of the Christ is about the Kingdom of God, created through brotherly love and unity; based on common faith in Christ.

As Mordecai told Esther,

_*”IF YOU REMAIN SILENT AT THIS TIME, RELIEF AND DELIVERANCE…WILL ARISE FROM ANOTHER PLACE.”*_

Jesus also once said,

*IF THESE SHOULD HOLD THEIR PEACE, THE STONES WOULD IMMEDIATELY CRY OUT.”*

God is sovereign, and we should not assume He is stuck with us.

The Church must wake up. Andrae Crouch reminds us that:

_*”THE BLOOD WILL NEVER LOSE ITS POWER.”*_

The Blood did not lose its power in the past 2000 years; it is not about to lose it now!

The church has a choice to make, to *BECOME ONE*; as Christ commanded. I saw a spectacle yesterday that gives me hope. Kudos to Rev. Jonathan Attuah (Head Pastor of Tesano Baptist Church), and his energetic Youth Pastor, Rev. Gilbert Appiah, for pulling off the HOLY GHOST CONFERENCE 2022. You did what Christ prayed for, that denominational barriers will be broken, and brethren will dwell together in love, and reach out to the lost world, with ONE GOSPEL! The gathering of saints from so many churches and denominations was just amazing!

To God be all the Glory!

The song, “The Blood Will Never lose its power,” is here.

*PRAYER*

Father, please forgive us for pursuing our selfish personal and denominational interests. Unite us in faith and love. In Jesus’ name.

*URGENT CALL*
Every soul is valuable to God, far more than the entire world! But by nature, we are all sinful, and alienated from God, and we ultimately face his wrath!

God in His mercy and love made a way for us to remedy this. He gives us a chance to reverse this downward spiral to destruction, join His family, be part of His household, and become His children.

The first step to becoming a member of God’s household is for us to be saved.

Salvation comes through accepting Jesus Christ as our Lord and Personal Savior.

It is a very personal decision. No one can make that decision for you.

If you make that decision today, there will be great singing and rejoicing in heaven; because one new member has joined the family and household of God! A soul, much, much more valuable than the world, has been saved from destruction!

Do you want to make that decision today?

Please visit “The Believer’s Prayer”
for guidance if you want
to make that decision.

Then develop your new relationship
with God through your Quiet Time.

Then find a Bible-Believing Church
where you can Fellowship with like
minded people.

We will be happy to hear from you through the contact information on that page, or the ones at the top of this page. Don’t delay. Make this very personal decision today!

God richly bless you.
